Author's Notes: Written for lgbtfest. I did something a bit different with this: my French is kind of rusty, so I wrote this in French first, so I could practice. I have steelneko to thank for her proofreading help, without which I wouldn't be comfortable placing the French version of this in the light of Internet. Any grammatical/spelling errors or typos you may find in the French version are entirely my own.

Warnings (highlight to read): (skip) This deals fairly heavily with River's time at the Academy, so there's all sorts of nonconsensual medical stuff going on, though it's not particularly graphic. There's also an incident of workplace sexual harassment as told from River's perspective, though she's not the one being harassed.
